The first week of E-Learning. Well i was in the category of 'not being competant' in the first week of the course. The computer was not working, than Google decided that it would block itself from spam coming through, which is fair enough, i was stranded and left to figure most of this out for myself. Although I tend to get annoyed with technology rather than spend the time to figure out the problem and find a solution, I am determined to be able to feel accomplished by the end of this subject. I thought, at first, that i was not in the category of digital migrant. It was not until spending literally 15 minutes on the university computers that I realised i was fair from a digital native and a lot closer to the digital migrant. It seems like technology is never on my side. Whether this be the case this time around (i am praying it is not the case) I will have to wait and see.
Although there are definitely negatives of technology becoming more accustomed in the schooling system, I feel as if I am leaning a lot closer to technology enhancing learning all together. I suppose the only downfall that I can see that is extremely noticeable is the fact that i cannot just be friends with technology. As i said before i will eventually find a way to work as one with technology and it will be second nature to me.

Yes I am intrigued about ICT's in the classroom and cannot wait to be able to successfully use these...... i still have no idea what i am doing :{P All in all I hope there is someone that is in the same position as myself (which I have no doubt there are a few) that can help me out. Well that's me done, see you all next time.
